Vibratory screens separate and classify materials according to particle size. By sorting particles of similar size, removing substandard particles through coarse sieving (scalping), or removing free moisture from a sludge mixture, the screening process increases operational efficiency and protects equipment at the end of the line.
Vibratory feeders regulate the flow of bulk materials from storage areas (bunkers/silos, etc.) and provide material conveyance at the speeds required by the process. Vibrating feeders can feed a very wide range of material sizes, from light-duty fine powders to heavy-duty rocks and ores.
Spiral elevators transport bulk solids, granules, powders, and other materials vertically at controlled feed rates. They operate efficiently in confined production spaces.
Vibratory conveyors enable the long-distance transfer of bulk materials to end-of-line industrial processes with low maintenance costs. They can convey a very wide range of materials, from food and chemical products to heavily abrasive metals and ores.
