Vibratory sorting sieves separate particles to desired cut-off sizes using probability and stratification principles. Also called linear sorting sieves, these vibratory sieves are designed for applications requiring specially sized material for processing by the next piece of equipment in the industrial process.
They provide precise and consistent particle size separation; suitable for continuous operation and high-capacity production speeds. Vibratory sorting sieves are scalable to accommodate varying production volumes and can be manufactured from a wide variety of materials, sieve solids arrangements, discharge configurations, and mounting types. Drive options include electromechanical motors, electromagnetic drives, and exciter drives.

Multi-Dect Design
SABİTEK offers multi-deck designs with single, double, triple, and quadruple deck options to meet customer-focused process requirements. This feature allows for the separation of the material into two, three, four, or five different material flow lines depending on the particle size and requirements of the material.
SABİTEK offers a wide range of customization options, including side discharges, hatches, viewing windows, and building materials.

Wide Variety of Deck Construction
Woven wire decks are used in many applications featuring larger open areas.
Wedge wire decks are typically used for dewatering applications.
Perforated decks are used for longer wear life when screening abrasive materials.
Rubber decks are often used for highly-abrasive and/or high-temperature material.
Polyurethane decks can extend the wear life by 4x to 5x when used with abrasive material.

Food Grade and Washdown Ready
SABITEK sorting sieves, with their stainless steel construction finished according to specified mechanical or electro-polishing requirements, are suitable for food-grade and pharmaceutical industry applications.

Hazardous Location Certified
In areas where there is a risk of dust ignition, SABİTEK sorting sieves can be supplied with explosion-proof motors that have CSA and ATEX certifications.
