Labyrinth and Sealing Elements

SABİTEK, in collaboration with leading manufacturers of bearings, seals, and lubricants, has developed a sealing system consisting of a mechanical labyrinth and a special combination of O-rings and V-rings resistant to vibration. This system prevents contamination and oil leakage, ensuring the labyrinth system operates at optimum performance.

Methods and Analysis Tools

The drive unit components, including the shafts, housing, and counterweights, were designed using analytical calculations and finite element analysis (FEA).

Using FEA software based on ISO, DIN, and BS standards, these calculations and simulations ensure that all components are precisely dimensioned to guarantee equipment reliability.
