Electromechanical Pan Feeders

Mechanically driven, heavy-duty feeders keep bulk material in constant motion.
Single-mass and dual-mass technology keeps the design lean for high efficiency and longer service life.
SABİTEK electromechanical pan feeders have proven themselves over time in a wide variety of industries and in heavy-duty conditions for consistently feeding bulk material at specified speeds. These systems are ideal for unloading material from bunkers and spreading it to process equipment such as crushers, mixers, screens, or dryers. Even spreading of material and regulation of flow improves process control and extends equipment life.
Each SABİTEK electromechanical pan feeder is designed according to each customer’s specific application and workspace requirements. Electromechanical motors and mechanical exciters are drive options for Vibrating Pan Feeders.
In challenging tasks across many industries
Advanced vibration technology. Simple design.
SABİTEK offers electromechanical tray feeders with resonant dual-mass vibration technology, among the best in its class. The electromechanical feeder is a machine available in single or dual-mass versions, each with an integrated drive system design, and can be selected to suit every customer's application. The lean design eliminates unnecessary components and adjustment requirements.
SABİTEK electromechanical pan feeders can be configured to handle almost any type of material that needs to be fed.

- Calculation Conditions: The calculation is based on the specified slope and material weight of 1.6 t/m³ or 100 lbs/ft³.
- Capacity Variability: Capacity values are for illustrative purposes only. These values depend not only on the feeder size but also on factors such as feeder slope, feed rate, etc.

DUAL MASS RESONANCE TECHNOLOGY
SABITEK feeder and vibration equipment has been developed to allow you to fully benefit from the advantages of resonance technology.
Up to 0% Energy Savings: Taking advantage of the energy accumulation property of resonance, our system performs the same capacity with 0% lower motor power compared to traditional single-mass feeders.
Uninterrupted Performance Under Overload: Unlike single-mass systems, the amplitude of the system’s movement increases as the material load on the tray increases; this prevents material accumulation and blockages, thus maintaining process flow.
Longer Machine Life: The use of smaller motors reduces the mechanical stress on the body components during start-stop cycles, which extends the economic life of the machine while reducing maintenance costs.
Homogeneous Material Flow: Our design, optimized with advanced analysis methods, provides a uniform movement profile at every point of the tray surface, preventing regional material accumulation and increasing conveying efficiency.
Lightweight and Ergonomic Design: Our feeders are lighter than comparable models of similar capacity, facilitating easy installation and optimizing structural costs.
Minimum Environmental Vibration and Noise: Thanks to the dual mass principle, the forces transmitted by the machine to the factory floor are isolated; thus, both noise levels and loads on the plant foundation are minimized.
Low Operating Costs: High energy efficiency and long service lives radically reduce total operating costs, especially in heavy-duty industries such as mining and aggregate plants.
Specifically designed for your medium and heavy-duty applications.
Two vibration technology options.
Our systems are offered with two main technologies, depending on the application requirements:
Natural Frequency (HF) Feeders: These are high-performance designs that utilize the system’s own resonance frequency to maximize energy efficiency.
Electromechanical (Forced Vibration) Feeders: These are direct-drive systems designed for heavier-duty applications and challenging material flow control.

From explosion-proof to food-grade.
SABİTEK pan feeders can be designed to operate in a wide variety of applications, from stainless steel pans required for food-grade materials to explosion-proof motors for hazardous areas. Using industry-specific design standards, we work collaboratively with our customers to develop application-specific equipment.

Improved design. Integration into your existing process (Retrofit).
The SABİTEK engineering team is highly competent in integrating (retrofitting) a new vibrating feeder into your existing process. This means you can benefit from all the advantages of a new, higher-performance feeder without the time loss and cost associated with redesigning your current process.
