In addition to traditional engineering calculation methods in designs; finite element analysis, flow analysis, vibration analysis, discrete element method and CAD infrastructures are used as well. In addition, Sabitek turns the customer’s 3D drawings into production drawings by taking into account the manufacturing methods and material selection criteria, in line with the needs.
DUAL MASS RESONANCE TECHNOLOGY

SABITEK feeder and vibration equipment has been developed to allow you to fully benefit from the advantages of resonance technology. 

Up to 0% Energy Savings: Taking advantage of the energy accumulation property of resonance, our system performs the same capacity with 0% lower motor power compared to traditional single-mass feeders. 

Uninterrupted Performance Under Overload: Unlike single-mass systems, the amplitude of the system’s movement increases as the material load on the tray increases; this prevents material accumulation and blockages, thus maintaining process flow. 

Longer Machine Life: The use of smaller motors reduces the mechanical stress on the body components during start-stop cycles, which extends the economic life of the machine while reducing maintenance costs. 

Homogeneous Material Flow: Our design, optimized with advanced analysis methods, provides a uniform movement profile at every point of the tray surface, preventing regional material accumulation and increasing conveying efficiency. 

Lightweight and Ergonomic Design: Our feeders are lighter than comparable models of similar capacity, facilitating easy installation and optimizing structural costs. 

Minimum Environmental Vibration and Noise: Thanks to the dual mass principle, the forces transmitted by the machine to the factory floor are isolated; thus, both noise levels and loads on the plant foundation are minimized. 

Low Operating Costs: High energy efficiency and long service lives radically reduce total operating costs, especially in heavy-duty industries such as mining and aggregate plants.

Precise CAD and Modular Design

We design complex assembly groups consisting of more than 1000 individual components down to the finest detail using 3D models. 

This ensures ease of on-site assembly, spare part compatibility, and speed in maintenance processes.

Structural Analysis and Fatigue Testing (FEA)

Vibration equipment is inherently subjected to continuous dynamic loads. We identify stress concentrations by subjecting our designs to Finite Element Analysis (FEA).

Long-lasting constructions that prevent shell cracking and resist fatigue even under the heaviest loads (ore, scrap metal, etc.).

Every product delivered by SABİTEK is assembled and tested before shipment. This process guarantees product quality and ensures that the micro-throw characteristics from the design phase are consistent with the theoretical design.

Field Testing and Verification

We test the performance of the systems we design not only on the screen but also in the field. We optimize the system by measuring parameters such as vibration amplitude, motor torque efficiency, and flow rate.
